The conference venue is the Pullman Palm Beach Hotel.

The exhibition halls, posters, Borely lecture theatre (Borely 3) and seminar rooms are all located on the ground floor.

Exhibits will be located in two areas: Borely rooms 5, 6, 7 and 8 (all combined as one) and the Lounge room. Food and refreshments will be served in these areas.

Posters will be located in the Source area.

The Borely lecture theatre is situated next to Borely rooms 5, 6, 7 and 8. The main auditorium (Amphitheatre) for plenary sessions is located on the first floor.
